Note: By uploading your resume, you consent to its use within our membership system.

Must contain at least one number, one uppercase and lowercase letter, and be 8 characters or more.

Important Notice: An email will be sent to you. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox. Your registration information is in the email. Additionally, your account will need to be reviewed by a vetting member before you can log in. Please wait for the vetting process to complete in 2-5 days. You will receive an email notification once the process is finalized.

Application Notes

What to prepare before you submit

  • Use an email address you can access easily for approval and follow-up messages.
  • Upload your resume in PDF format only, with a maximum file size of 5 MB.
  • Select the expertise areas that best describe your work, research, or interests.
Review Window

What happens after registration

Your application is created immediately, then forwarded to the HFEM vetting committee for review. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email and can log in using the same credentials you just created.
